As a young person with learning difficulties and a disability, starting a new environment could have been overwhelming for him — but the way the staff welcomed and supported him made all the difference. I’d like to especially thank Iqra, the Registered Manager, for her patience, understanding, and genuine care throughout the placement. Her support gave me reassurance as a parent and helped my son feel safe and valued. I wanted a personal care for my mother who has dementia and needed someone with her own mother language. Kinnective Care Ltd was able to help us in finding a suitable carer who was very polite and efficient in her job. I contacted Cavendish house, because I needed an injection and my surgery doesn’t do injections. I needed an injection with denosumab asap, because I was already 7 months behind because of moving house (and surgeries) Feb. this year. Iqra arranged the jab for me and also gave me an appointment with a rheumatologist (ThisWednesday) who will teach me and my daughter to do the injection ourselves.
