Keith Symons photographed my Cambridge graduation on 5th July 2025, and I can say without reservation that working with him was the best decision I made for the day. Every element of the experience - from first contact to the final delivery of the edited gallery - was handled with thought, care, and professionalism. Before the shoot, Keith set up a shared moodboard that allowed us both to contribute ideas and preferences in advance. That kind of collaboration meant we had a clear shared vision before the day itself, and it made the whole process feel intentional and personal from the outset. On the day, Keith was calm, composed, and quietly present - offering light direction when appropriate but always letting things unfold naturally. He captured everything: the formal academic moments, the relaxed family shots, the quiet in-between glances - all without ever feeling intrusive. His ability to read the mood of a moment and frame it just right was remarkable. What truly set Keith apart, though, was the quality and care he put into the final product. The online gallery he produced was visually stunning - incredibly well-organised, with clear sections (individual portraits, family photos, behind-the-scenes, etc.) and a refined aesthetic that made the whole experience of viewing and sharing the photos seamless. Yes, I can provide many of my services online or remotely. I’m able to handle planning calls, consultations, briefings, and image delivery digitally, and I keep communication clear and organised throughout. For photography projects, I also offer remote pre‑production support, mood‑boarding, and guidance to help clients feel fully prepared before the shoot.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep clients safe during shoots, I follow current health guidance, keep all camera gear and touch‑points sanitised, and work with plenty of ventilation and space—especially for indoor sessions. I also offer remote consultations, planning calls, and shot‑list discussions so we can prepare everything online before meeting on location.
