History
The firm was founded in 2003 by Peter Robinson,a qualified accountant who continues to run the business and to forge meaningful professional relationships with a spectrum of lenders ranging from the high streets banks and building societies to the challenger banks and finance houses and more recently the alternative lenders including peer to peer and private lenders
Geographical Aeas Covered
Whilst digitally we operate throughout the UK  most of our clents are in the Westcountry as to give the best service face to face meetings are often requested by clients and some lenders the result being  we consider we can be with them within 2 hours travelling time from the office.We are therefore within easy reach of the counties of Cornwall,Devon,Somerset,Dorset,Wiltshire,Avon ,Gloucester and Hampshire
Trading Policy and Fees
Our Trading Policy is simple: to find our clients the most appropriate funding for their commercial needs and often give them choices between lenders as to terms, rates,loan to values .term etc
We do not charge up front fees and you will not pay for our services until a suitable offer has been received
