I can’t recommend Jamie Vaughan enough! I went into our virtual call knowing absolutely nothing about property or mortgages, but he explained everything so clearly. He gave me honest, fair advice without making me feel overwhelmed. What I appreciated most was his patience—he didn't mind at all when my kids interrupted us! Richard Golten has been an excellent help, advising me through both the mortgage and life insurance / income protection processes. As a first time buyer, there's a huge amount of jargon and general legal hoops to jump through which can be incredibly daunting for someone unfamiliar with the process.
