Myself and Partner were both first time buyers. From having out of date advice from our parents on the steps of buying a first house from start to finish, it made us completely unsure on what to do. We were also sceptical at first about paying someone to sort out the mortgage.We searched up mortgages advisers in the Northwich area and found that Just mortgages Northwich Branch had the best reviews.So we arranged a free appointment with Rebbeca who was brilliant. She talked us through the whole mortgage process and worked out the reality of how much we could afford. She also calculated a budget of all the possible bills and outgoings that go along with owning a house, so that we completely understood whether our wages would allow us to live comfortably, instead our being stretched to the limit each month.Rebbeca was able to find the best mortgage deal with a well known high street mortgage broker. Rebbeca also did all the work for us finding us house insurance, income protection, and mortgage insurance, so this took all the confusion and stress away from us trying to arrange this our self’s.Not only did Rebbeca do all this for us, but she liaised with the estate agents on our behalf regarding the ‘decision in principle’ and mortgage.We were skeptical at first, but now that we’ve moved in to our home 3 weeks ago, I can now say that it was the best decision we could have done and was definitely worth the money. Rebbeca was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was very professional, supportive, and she always made sure to communicate with us all relevant and important information via emails or phoning us so that we knew what was going on, but it also made us feel valued as a customer. As a first time buyer going through the journey of getting my first property, Leon was a dream come true. He made it smooth with making me calm on the journey of securing my first home as this journey is no walk in the park.
