The guy has changed completely, i know him since 2021, he booked me in for a quote (End of September), then i had to contact him and he informed me on me contacting him that he is stuck in a bathroom job and wont be turning up(1 he before), again booked me for yesterday, i contacted him 2 hrs before and he said 630 he will be there, didnt show up, i had to cancel my sons football for him, phone, texts no answers.
He is unrealiable, will not show up without informing you, and then wont answer your call/text which i think is very unprofessional and disrespectful to customer.
I didnt even want to give 1 star but company policy you had to. More...

Thanks for your review that is totally unfair. You were well aware that i am currently fully booked until late october and would try and pop over and give you a quote when i could. I contacted you to say i couldnt come over and arrange another date. All this for a job that you didnt want doing till mid November or if at all

Next flat pack furniture . Nigel with Jigsaw Flatpack Assembly was brilliant . He arrives when he says he will, he brings all the tools he needs . And totally understands every element of flat pack furniture . 4 items needed assembling.
No mess and then condenses and wraps the cardboard debris .

NIGEL WAS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. We’d had Ikeas taskrabbit assembly service to build our corner Pax wardrobe combination and they were a complete disaster. Unfortunately I was cancelled on X3 due to taskers personal reasons which is not my place to share ! .

I used someone else from bark in the end .

Nigel done a fantastic job assembling my daughters bedroom furniture (saving me from the stress of listening to my husband trying and failing) he was on so pleasant and polite finished the job quickly and efficiently leaving no mess behind we will definitely have Nigel back for any future jobs 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Nigel was brilliant in communication, turned up on time and was no problem what so ever, working very efficiently.

He had our 3 x IKEA Pax wardrobes fitted in about 3hrs.

Text at 7am on moving day to advise of a hospital emergency unable to come to do the work. All furniture was Flat pack leaving me with no beds, wardrobes, drawers, tables. Never came back to me with an update. Would definitely not recommend as looking at previous reviews this has happened with the same excuse multiple times. More...

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately my wife has a terminal health condition which sometimes means sudden visits to the hospital. I could have rearranged for the next day but you did not respond to my message till the next day and you did not answer the phone.

IKEA wardrobes assembled by Nigel today. Great job. He was prompt, courteous and cleared up when he was finished.
Very happy with his work and very happy to recommend this company 🙂

Agreed a time and date ask if could rearrange has family member died wich i was okay about them rearranging another time and date and still no one turned up when ask what happening he said his in hospital wich personally i think his a absolutely lier if he didn’t want the job could have just said
