Gemma has supported with renting out my property for a year and selling it. She has been absolutely brilliant, making it completely stress free! ! Gemma has responded quickly to every question I have had. I had regular updated throughout the whole selling process without having to ask. The solicitors on the chain left much to be desired unfortunately, but during the 4-5 month legal process Gemma was constantly chasing firms for updates, checking in with us weekly, keeping our buyer informed and excited for the purchase, and in the end she spent entire days managing our exchange and completion (few estate agents would ever get as involved or be as proactive as Gemma was). It really felt like she had my back through the stressful ordeal that was our completion, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
