James has made the process of getting a mortgage offer extremely easy, from start to finish. He discussed all options, so that we felt informed but not overwhelmed. He searched the market fur the best rates. As he is independent; he is not tied to any company, product, or concept. As he IS the company, we spoke to James each and every time, he handled all aspects, and had all details at his fingertips. He te-ed up the documents needed for a mortgage in principle, so that when the application was made it was granted in a few days. When the application was made to buy, only two more documents were needed and the application was approved in record time - about 24 hours. It has been unbelievably quick and straightforward. There has been no pressure or selling of products. The fee payable is clear at the outset and all is transparent. I am happy to recommend him to anyone. As our purchase is due to exchange in the next couple of months, he undertakes to continue to search the market for the best product for us, so we know if rates become more favourable it will benefit us
