They have guided us throughout the whole process of buying our property, advised us on all the steps and maintained a great communication at all times. I really can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend the company Helen Lang has been just amazing throughout the whole process. At every step she went above and beyond to help us complete our purchase of the new property. She was always there for any queries I had and explained all these new steps and how we can move ahead as promptly as possible. Knowing how thoughtful and diligent Jack was in all aspects of his life I felt confident that his business and the staff he employs would be exactly the same. So I had jacks team to help me release equity from my mums house. Was not as it should be. Barry made lots of mistakes and ended up taking a lot longer than it should have. Helen Lang at Jack Gear Financial was exceptional with regards sourcing our montage. Having an adverse credit history, defaults and a discharged IVA I was declined by 2 lenders, she sourced a lender which came up with a decision in principal within 48 hours at a great rate considering my history, I then had a mortgage offer 3 days later after full underwriting, Jack Gear seem to have some good relationships with the lender BDM's so can actually talk individual cases through.
