From my first meeting with Shaun to the final installation, everything was professionally done, on time, no surprises! I had solar panels and a battery installed. I contacted Install Solar Panels Ltd through their website and received a quote within a few hours very impressive! The quote was clear, detailed, and well-presented. I spoke with Sandra, who was very helpful and quickly arranged a survey. Shaun and Dave were both very knowledgeable, they planned the cable runs and decided on the best locations for the inverter and batteries. Highly recommended. Install Solar Panels were excellent from initial contact through to completed installation and follow-up support (duration of which was only a few weeks). We had 10 solar panels installed (flush mounted) on our detached garage and a battery wall-mounted within the garage. Our main contacts were Shaun and Dave who were both very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble. They took no deposit and made sure we were happy with the installation before invoicing. The online enquiry was simple and I received a same day bespoke quotation based on the satellite images of the roof. Shortly after, an on site survey was arranged to add on an EV Charger in addition to the solar panels and battery storage. After accepting the proposal, installation started within two weeks and was completed efficiently. All hardware and apps were then commissioned and tested. Brilliant Job – Really Happy with Everything!

Just had solar panels installed by Install Solar Panels Ltd in Preston and honestly, we’re over the moon with the whole experience. The team fitted 18 black panels, a 10kWh battery for storage, plus a backup system for power cuts, and even an EV charger – the lot!

They also did a full re-roof and took down an old chimney that wasn’t being used anymore. The roof looks amazing now and the panels sit really neatly on top – very tidy job.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They turned up when they said they would, worked hard, and kept everything clean and organised.

It feels great knowing we’re saving on energy bills and have backup power if there’s ever a cut. And charging the car at home is so much easier now.

Our initial enquiry was answered quickly and, when Shaun and David visited, it was clear that they had a full knowledge and understanding of the technical and administrative requirements. I had a Fox ESS system with a 12.9kWh battery fitted at my home in Bolton, and I’m really pleased with it. The team from Install Solar Panels Limited did a brilliant job from start to finish.

They were friendly, turned up on time, and explained everything in a way I could understand. The whole process was smooth, and they left everything tidy after the work was done.

Buying solar panels isn't something you do regularly and not many people have them so doing your due diligence is important. Having reviewed options in the North West it came down to Install Solar Panels and one other and we went with Install Solar as they were very responsive, keen to secure the work and the reviews I found were good. Once instructed they delivered exactly what they said they would through the process of lead times, organising installation work on agreed dates and co-ordinating with other trades as we had an in built solar panel system into a new roof. The quality of the final installation is excellent, the various tradesman who attended to install including the roofer (Russ) and electrician (Gary) were very professional and kept me informed at all times about progress and any issues identified. Shaun, Sandra and Ali from the office were easy to deal with and responded to my many questions as a solar newbie and I received my MCS certificate promptly after completion of the project. This is my 2nd review of Install Solar Panels. I think everyone likes a company that does a great job, quickly and tidily takes the payment and there is no need to contact them again. However I judge a company by the above and also if there is a need to contact them again and how they react. Unfortunately, I did need to contact Install Solar Panels after my initial install due to an issue with the inverter. Their response was immediate, they called the following day, assessed the situation, removed the Inverter and got a replacement as soon as they were able. This is how a company should behave, even if sometimes it means they have to take a cost 'in the chin', I would have no objections to recommending them to anybody. A great team that do the job. After considering using Eon during covid, I once again got the itch to have solar panels installed on my house in south Manchester. Install Solar Panels were fantastic, the communication was very good (though my email decided they were spam so I had to keep an eye on the spam folder). The initial survey was professional, quick and answered my questions fully and was made aware of the offers they had at the time. Scaffolding was up quickly and no fuss The installers and electrician were very professional and kept me informed on any issues that arrived, such as they could not install 2 panels due to initial measurements via satellite image were slightly off. I went down from planned 11 to 9 panels, which is still more than enough for my needs, needless to say the price was deducted of the total. After care was very good from the sales team and even were extremely prompt to my additional request to install anti-bird mesh to stop nesting pigeons. To save costs they delayed the scaffolding removal for this work. I would advise this strongly if you don't want pigeons and crows nesting, which can damage your gutters and panels. Am pleased to provide a good review for this company, obtained a good price for a 14 Panel, 6KW system !! plus a 5 KW battery. Installation occurred two weeks later, arrived on time on the day scheduled, two guys did the roof fixings rails and panels, electrical installation and connection completed quickly by two electricians , all polite, friendly and helpful.
