Chef Andy Bowler has spent his career working in some of London’s best Michelin Star restaurants. He started his career working for Michael Roux Jnr training in modern French cuisine. He then spent 5 years working for Simon Rogan in two of his London restaurants – Fera at Claridges and Roganic.

Horrible experience. I ordered a Valentines days box, opting for delivery the day before so that there should be plenty time for delivery even if there were to be any issues. Except I was told that the parcel couldn't be delivered to me until 2 days after Valentines day, by which the food would be unsafe to eat. This is a courier issue, and not a reflection on indulge dining so despite disappointment I did not leave a negative review. However when I was told (on the Friday) that the parcel would not be delivered I was reassured a refund would be handled promptly. This refund wasn't even authorized until the following Monday (meaning I was out of pocket and couldn't even source an alternative Valentines meal) and now a full week later that refund is still "pending" and I have not yet received my money back.Honestly, the food might be great, who knows, but if you're in Scotland and actually want food for a special event, and not to be left without food and without a substantial amount of money then maybe give this a miss. We tried an indulge box at the weekend. We have a little one and date nights out are hard finding an babysitter etc. we thought this options brought us a date night at home. All I can say is it was incredible. The box arrived on the day beautifully presented with separate parcels for each course of the meal. Everything was excellent.I can’t speak highly enough of the detail that Indulge have gone to, to make the process easy. From the moment the package arrived it was clear this was going to be easily manageable, even for me! I can’t cook and still the meal was a massive success, the instructions are clear, no fancy cheffing terms that I wouldn’t know the meaning of! What inspired you to start your own business?
I was made redundant due to COVID-19. I always wanted to start my own business, but never took the leap. Now I am so happy that I have my own business and am extremely excited for what the future holds.
