Disappointed with this cleaning company. After a routine clean, my lacquered brass tap and shower head were left with stripped, tarnished patches overnight. They admitted to using a limescale remover a known cause of damage to lacquered brass yet want me to believe this sudden damage is just “wear and tear,” despite one fitting being under a year old.They pointed to having 300+ clients with no reported issues, but that’s not the same as no damage occurring. Lacquer breakdown can be gradual and easily go unnoticed, as I have been a client since Nov/Dec the repetitive use has given way and caused visible damage. It also doesn’t change the fact that an acidic product was used on a finish it’s known to be incompatible with.I’d be cautious as they don’t appear to understand which chemicals are safe to use on different surfaces or accept any mistakes.Attached are photos of the damage, you can clearly see where the brass finish has been thinned by acid, yet apparently they’re still putting this down to overnight wear and tear. Not really happy as no dusting was done though specified about it, rubbish was not dumped, it was still there, the stains in the bath tub were not even cleaned professionally. It has now break my confidence to pay cleaning companies in advance. A company should think about it-if it’s atleast a double story house- two people should come to clean it. One person and just two hours of cleaning, failed to do even the general cleaning properly though room fresheners were sprayed massively to create the artificial vibe. Extremely disappointed !!! I was really impressed from initial contact and the assessment for the quote was extremely efficient. And when I finally got my carpeted cleaned for end of tenancy I was really happy with the results. Their prices are competitive. BUT they arrived 40 minutes late, I was told the timings are a guideline, which I wouldn't have had a problem with if they had kept me informed when they were due to arrive. Yes, we do bring anything that is required in order to complete the work to a high standard.

The smile of our customers once they get back home and see their place sparkling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted a great service and there was always troubles with it, so we have decided to change that by starting pur own housekeeping service.
Why should our clients choose you?
If our customer are not happy with our service we will refund a 100 per cent of the charge.

We provide a general cleaning on a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
Residential Cleaning
Housecleaning service, one off, end of tenancy, regular weekly, by-weekly or monthly cleaning services.

Window Cleaning
We provide domestic and commercial clients with window cleaning services.
Oven Cleaning
One off oven cleanings or regular oven cleaning services. Single ovens, double ovens and extractor cleanings.
Carpet Cleaning
We use latest machines and products for excellent results in carpet cleaning services as a one off service, or a regular carpet cleaning service.
