When I reached them with the inquiry for installation they were very helpful and polite, they came and installed for one day the grass ans everything looked sweet. After 2 months i had grass coming from underneath and had to contact them back to come and have a look. However they didn’t pay attention to me. Just ignored me. Not trustworthy company. I originally gave Imperial Grass a 5-star review because the sales process and installation were excellent. The team was friendly, professional, and reassuring, and I was told the artificial grass came with a 15-year warranty. Unfortunately, my experience changed shortly after installation. The grass was installed in March, and by May a section of it had become completely flat and damaged-looking. I tried brushing and lifting the fibres myself, but nothing improved the appearance.I contacted the company, sent photos via WhatsApp, and after a significant delay an inspection was arranged. I took time off work to ensure access to the property, but on the day of the appointment I received a voice message advising that they could not attend due to vehicle issues and that they would contact me to rearrange.That was over two weeks ago.Since then, my messages have gone unanswered and my calls have not been returned. The most disappointing part is not the issue itself—problems can happen with any product—but the complete lack of aftercare and communication when a warranty claim needs attention.My honest opinion is that the customer service before purchase and during installation was excellent. However, if you experience a problem after installation, be prepared for a very different experience. At the moment, I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding a product that is only a few months old and supposedly covered by a 15-year warranty.I would be happy to update this review if Imperial Grass contacts me and resolves the issue. The Artificial Grass was installed by Jay and his 2 young colleagues on a very hot day in May 2026 (80 degrees +). Having not had Artificial Grass before i was a bit dubious and kept a close eye. I need not fear as they worked tirelessly and the attention to detail was excellent. They also cleaned up superbly after themselves even hosing the drive down. I must say i am very impressed with their work ethic, the finish is excellent and the cost was less than 2 other companies that quoted. Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with customer service. They were meant to survey our lawn on the Friday prior to installation but were delayed at another job. They offered to reschedule for the weekend which they also didn’t make. They then said they’d get a sample to me early the next week which never materialised. And to top it off they kept the £100 deposit when I decided to go with another company that prioritised our business and made every effort to put us as the customer first.
