Had a couple of small jobs needing done which Ewan attended to without any bother, kitchen mixer tap swapped over and some old 8mm pipes changed when I had a minor leak below my radiator leaving a neat and tidy job…wouldn’t hesitate to use Ignite plumbing and heating again ….thank you Callum and Ewan .

Honestly can’t thank Callum enough for the amazing job he and his team did renovating my bathroom. It wasn’t without its challenges but it’s absolutely stunning and was well worth the wait. Can’t recommend Ignite enough.

Recenty moved house and contacted Callum for a few jobs, both big and small. He came the same day and nothing was a problem for him. We replaced an old kerosene boiler with the modern equivalent. He guided us through the best options, installed the new boiler quickly, removed the old one and tidied up after. Same for removing an old water tank and piping. Easily contactable and friendly. Superstar Tradesman! My boiler stopped working on Friday night. I called Ignite Plumbing and Heating around 10pm, Callum picked the phone up. He was round that night, diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what was wrong and ordered the part required to fix the issue. On Saturday afternoon, Callum and his apprentice Ewan turned up and got to work. They replaced the faulty part even serviced boiler! They tidied up after themselves and got the job done quickly. Callum is a star ⭐ he made my day! My heating stopped working at the worst moment - Valentine’s Day evening, freezing cold 🥶 and when trying to get an oil heating engineering nobody picked up the phone or answered a what’s app message but not Callum- I called 20:30 And after a short chat he said “I will be with you in 30 mate” Initially I thought he was kidding but not Callum - he turned up and brought the heating back to life. An hour later my house was warm and cozy and I could enjoy a hot shower. The guys were fantastic from start to finish. Really friendly well mannered and professional. They did a fantastic job. I could not fault anything they did. They were a joy to have work in my house. My cat even joined them under the floor boards. Callum was the best. Explaining everything as he went along. Nothing was to much trouble for both Callum and Ewan. There prices were the best i found after getting many quotes. These guys are worth every penny. I for one would employ them again and yes i would recommend them. I went from being very cold ( electric heaters) to being lovely and warm (gas) in three days. You cannot beat Gas and these guys who install it. Electric is nowhere as good as Gas.
