Ian was at our Christmas Fair last Saturday and he was a very popular attraction! He entertained children and adults in equal measure, and everyone enjoyed his performance. Ian had a very engaging ,interactive and funny show which was very popular with children and parents .This is the secnd time used the magic show and will definetly book again.

Ian recently attended our work Summer BBQ and entertained both the kids and adults with his magic and balloons! Thank you Ian.

Brilliant Fun
We engaged Ian to come to entertain at our Golden Wedding Celebration. We had an audience of 40 with ages from 5 to 97.
Ian was good to work with right from the first contact with him which helped reassure us that we were hiring the right person to entertain at our celebration.
At the event everyone had a great time watching him perform his magic tricks and he was excellent at getting our audience involved. Everyone commented on how relaxed and pleasant he was and a few said, 'Where did you find him, he was really good?'

Ian came along to our Parish Picnic. His close magic and balloon modelling went down a storm. We were weather disrupted on the day and Ian couldn't have been more helpful and flexible, adjusting his contribution to suit. Ian performed at a family birthday gathering for an audience with ages ranging from 8 to 82. Ian managed to involve almost everyone and every single one of us hugely enjoyed his fun and mind blowing act with plenty of wows and loads of laughs too. Ian is our go to entertainer here at St Pauls Nursery. His show is the highlight of our Summer/Christmas/any other events and our kids and staff absolutely love him- cant recommend him and his show highly enough.

Isn provided the entertainment for my daughter's 5th birthday party. He kept the children's (ages 3-7 years) attention for approximately an hour. Ian's Magic Show was enjoyed by all ages at our recent event. He was very accommodating when we had to move indoors at short notice. And the Balloon modelling had him like the 'Pied Piper' being followed around the park by excited youngsters. We will have him back in a heartbeat to our other events.

I was very disappointed with the service from Ian he was so rude to all the parents at my child’s party he didn’t perform magic tricks , he was so strict with his requests it was like he was a teacher at a strict school , I had to ask him to finish earlier than he was suppose to due to how rude and bad the “show” was to the point all the parents where talking about it - unfortunately I would not use bark again for anything due to this

Regrettably for the first time in 25 years I had to deal with a booker who was uncooperative in every way. Worse, this lady misled me about the location and numbers attending the party, presumably in an endeavour to keep costs down - this had a disastrous effect on the event. This lady had agreed not to feed the children during the show. In this she failed, there was a constant procession of children leaving to go to the food table and returning to the audience with a variety of sweets lollipops drinks etc. ... very distracting for all. Also she had agreed to supply /put name tags on the children as it is more pleasant for the children to be called by name from the start. In this she also failed. She had agreed to have the onsite bouncy castle deflated during the show as the fan can be noisy and a distraction. (Taking 3/4 minutes ) She didn't. I then had a struggle to negotiate with the owners of the castle to temporarily take it down. Indeed she even failed to advise me of the name of the birthday child - though requested. Much worse than the above however was the misinformation supplied about the location and the numbers attending the party. I had initially been advised that the event was to be run in a hall and that there might be as many as 20 Mums and Dads in attendance. Based on this information I did not expect to require a PA system and the booking was priced accordingly. It transpired that the party was in a pub and on arrival it was clear that there were about one hundred (100) persons, mostly adults and many of whom were consuming alcohol, attending the event! I did not leave immediately as I did not wish to disappoint the children - the booker maintained she was not aware all of these folk would turn up (!) I explained the position to the crowd asking them to be as quiet as possible so that the children could hear the show. The first half of the show was manageable but after half an hour and several requests to the adults to reduce the noise it became clear that voice projection was not going to overcome the increasing noise level from the adults and at that stage the children could not hear me and I could not hear them! Up to that point the show had gone as well as could be expected under nearly impossible circumstances. I do not intend to retain the fee which will be sent to one of the numerous charities I support. Once again the children and staff had a fantastic time at the magic show in the nursery.

FANTASTIC, is the only word to describe Ian's show. From the youngest child Chole at 2 years to the eldest in the hall Uncle Joe at 87 years, everyone was raving about Ian.

My dad said it was a great way of getting all the relatives and friends to bond. It really made our day extra special. I am still receiving texts from the guests saying they had a fabulous time and how much fun Ian's show brought to the day.

Ian attended my sons 5th birthday party on Friday and all I can say is wow!
