We were looking for a venue and program for our annual Summer Meeting. To organize this with Huxley was a real pleasure. To find the venue, discuss the frame work to finalize the contract with the hotel - Lizzy and the Huxley team was there all the way.
We have also booked CSI, one of their activity offers. Again, all was well prepared and organized with the hotel directly. Michael led us through thrilling 3 hours and everyone was involved and loved it.

Everyone at Huxley provided excellent support for two sessions at our annual staff awayday. The whole team were very impressive and made sure everything ran perfectly on the day. We had lots of comments from colleagues to say how much they enjoyed the workshops and I don’t think I’ve seen so many smiles at any of our previous events. We were incredibly lucky today to have an afternoon with Steve Gaskin enjoying one of Huxley Events team building activities, Rookie Detectives.

As a team it was great to take time away from our desks and enjoy this problem solving task, which saw us examining a crime screen and testing for fingerprints, teeth marks and hair DNA.

It was really fun to get a bit competitive and to work with people we don't usually on a day to day basis. More...

Huxley did exactly ‘what it says on the tin!’ In fact they exceeded all expectations. They perceptively tuned into our needs. Provided a realistic and durable, time based plan. Inputted creatively and practically, drew upon knowledge and experience we didn’t know existed (and kept to budget)
Their input not only made our event memorable but they did all the ‘heavy lifting’. Our staff could focus on their day jobs and only choose to get involved in the ‘fun stuff’.
The event was planned with ‘Swiss precision’, their staff on the day just made sure every thing went like clockwork. If there were problems we never found out about them.
I am reluctant to single out individuals because everyone we dealt with was of the same high standard and clearly they deliver how they do because of their team ethos. More...

The actual event (CSI crime scene) was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole team. The activity was a nice balance of the ‘theory’ or learning a skill, and then getting to try it. The Team at Huxley arranged our Xmas Party in 2021. It was brilliant and it was 'a given' to ask them to do it again in 2022. Once again they proved invaluable with their organisational expertise and experience; completely taking the headache out of the 'party planning pressure'. They overcame a huge glitch when our venue cancelled on us at short notice; Huxley sourced and secured a new venue - no mean feat!!
