Gavin was great on the day of the wedding and worked hard all day to capture photos of our beautiful wedding

We found Gavin's work through Hitched and were quite impressed by his photos. Having done Photography myself, I could see how thoughtful his pictures were, however, we had a budget ultimately and it would be down to his packages/pricing which surprised us even more as they were extremely affordable with great options. To top all of this, Gavin is such a great guy, made Photography on our special day so much fun and enjoyable with laughter. Honiton wedding photography were absolutely amazing at our wedding. They made everyone feel at ease from the moment they arrived. They were so much fun to have with us and the photos are incredible. There isn’t one I don’t love. From the bridal prep through to the last photos they fit into the day so easily. It was like have two extra friends with us.
We wanted a relaxed feel and that’s exactly what we got. We got the usual wedding shots and did some fun shots too, it was a day full of love and joy and they really captured it. It didn’t feel like we were taking photos for hours or posing non stop. I didn’t expect to laugh so much! But they made it a really great experience for us. All our guests said how great they were too.
They are the perfect mix of professional and fun. We also got a sneak peek the day after the wedding which was a lovely surprise. The main gallery also came back really quickly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. More...

Amazing experience. We were put at ease throughout. Time was taken to stage the group photos but they also captured those moments that the bride and groom would miss. Highly recommended

Firstly we would like to thank Gavin for capturing our amazing wedding day giving us memories to always look back on and make us smile. Gavin was a fantastic photographer he was amazing from start to finish form the moment we booked him he kept in touch and help us to find a fantastic videographer and second photographer to capture even better pictures on our wedding day. He was super speedy at getting the pictures back we got married on the Saturday by Tuesday I had the email to say all the photos were ready! Safe to say we adored all the photos that he and Sam took and it made it really special to look back and remember every part of the day because he took photos of everything between Gavin and Sam there wasn’t any thing forgotten! The video was amazing as well Sam the videographer took amazing attention to detail and it’s beautiful to watch! Where to even begin? From the moment they arrived Gavin and Sam were ready to go (despite the verbal abuse they often received from our mighty sausage dog) As a plus sized woman I have always struggled with getting my picture taken or even looking at pictures of myself but I can honestly say I felt nothing but comfortable in their capable hands! And we even received our previews back the next day which was an amazing opportunity to reflect on our busy day with a nice bottle of bubbly!

Nothing was too much of an ask for the pair, from crawling around on the floor to diving in bushes to get the perfect photo, these two really went above and beyond all expectations we had for a wedding photographer! Everyone commented on their commitment to the job and how amazing they both were!

If you're looking for a wedding photographer, you've found them! I could not recommend both Gavin and Samantha enough - they really are a credit to this business!

Our experience with Gavin and Sam as our wedding photographers was an incredible one. From the moment we booked them as our photographers we were given 5 star treatment. Nothing was too much and the photos speak for themselves, just WOW! We were made to feel at ease, we had so much fun whilst being photographed and our dream wedding vision was brought to life! We asked for smoke bombs, sunset pictures, sparkler moments and all of this was delivered to perfection. Having 2 photographers was the best decision we made as each photographer captures different angles and moments that would be missed with just one photographer. 100% would recommend again and again.

I was looking for a photographer to do a brand shoot of myself for new website and relaunch of my business. Sam was recommended by a friend of a friend and what a gem I found.
After speaking to Sam to explain what I wanted, she came to my home to do the photoshoot. She immediately put me at ease so the whole photoshoot was done in a relaxed informal way meaning I got the shots I wanted.
Sam captured my personality and how I wanted to be portrayed for my website and professionally.
I also got photos of my dogs in the package as a bonus, when I saw these my heart skipped a beat with the way she captured their personalities.
I would have no doubt in highly recommending Sam as your photographer, she is professional, friendly, and really understands the needs of her clients.

After viewing the website and seeing examples of their work, I spoke first with Gavin and then with his colleague, Sam Earl, who came to the wedding to take our photographs. Communication with Sam was excellent before and during the wedding day. She was friendly and keen to ensure we had our choice of how and who on the day was photographed, what groups of family, friends etc we wanted to have captured in the pictures. Very approachable and seemed to be everywhere at once! The pictures are great - a lot of variety, some more formal groupings and some shots of individuals and small groups but everyone looks relaxed and as if they are having a good time. Sam was also good at suggesting some different ideas to inject an extra element of fun into some photo set-ups. Would recommend Sam wholeheartedly. More...

Gavin made the whole wedding party feel relaxed whilst photo's were being taken. He surveyed the surrounding areas to capture the best photo shots.
