Have had the pleasure of having Emma and Craig handle our rental property for almost 2 years now and they have been great to work with throughout. They are quick to report on any issues and act on your behalf in your best interest in cases where time is of the essence to ensure the experience is as hands off as possible and your tenant is not put in an uncomfortable living situation. They have also been very patient with the fact we have been in a different time zone and communication hasn’t always been great from our side but nonetheless have continued to support us. A great letting agent. In a time where renting flats is hard and the big providers just push you into different areas, teams and systems Clyde Arc have the personal touch. With how difficult it is to find a place to rent in Glasgow, I feel like Clyde Arc Letting was my beacon of hope, securing me a wonderful place within my budget and meeting all of my basic requirements. As a new landlord without any prior experience of letting out a property I came to Clyde Arc as a novice. They were fantastic - really friendly and helpful throughout and gave me all the guidance and help I needed to get set up. They took on all the initial tests and made sure the flat was fully compliant and they carried out a thorough search for tenants with all the necessary due diligence. It was so great not to have to worry about all that and good tenants were found really quickly.
