We used The Home Dining Table to cater for my wife’s Nan’s 90th birthday, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They provided a fantastic buffet on the Saturday evening, followed by Sunday dinner the next day, and the food on both occasions was absolutely exceptional. Every dish was delicious, beautifully presented and enjoyed by everyone.The communication beforehand was absolutely fantastic. They were so personable, helpful and accommodating, which made us feel confident and looked after from the very beginning.When they arrived to cater for us, the staff were friendly, efficient and punctual. We used Home Table for 2 evenings, one was to drop off a meal and sides for the Friday and then a complete catering experience for the Saturday . The food was delicious, started with canapés and then 3 courses including a beautiful birthday cake. The staff were fantastic, friendly but unobtrusive and very professional. We booked Home Table as the caterers for our wedding in July and they were absolutely incredible. We were offered a menu-tasting before we committed and that in itself was such a lovely evening, the food was delicious and the service brilliant so we knew they were the right choice for us. We wanted to have a fire-pit feast with a salad buffet and Nell and her team completely understood the brief! The food was so SO good and we had so many of our guests come up and tell us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! The fire-pit looked great outside our marquee and was a fun welcome for the guests to see their food being cooked this way.All communication in the build up to our wedding was excellent, Nell was so responsive and was great at answering all our questions, no matter how small. We were able to order extra glassware for our bar through Home Table as well which really helped with logistics. On the wedding weekend, the set-up team were brilliant. They were so happy and helpful and made the whole process seamless and the marquee look beautiful! Every menu starts with a conversation. we take the time to understand the style of your event, your favourite flavours, dietary requirements and the atmosphere you'd like to create. Our aim is always to create an experience that allows you to relax and enjoy your guests while I take care of everything else.
What do you love most about your job?
There's something incredibly special about watching friends and family relax, connect and create lasting memories over great food. Cooking has always been about more than what's on the plate for us, It's about creating an atmosphere where people feel cared for, celebrated and completely at home. Being trusted to be part of someone's special occasion is a privilege we never take for granted.

Home Table Dining primarily provides its services in person to ensure every client receives the highest level of care and attention. Remote consultations are available for menu planning and event discussions, ensuring every detail is tailored before the event takes place.

Home Table Dining maintains the highest standards of food hygiene and follows all current food safety regulations. Every event is prepared and delivered with cleanliness, professionalism and client wellbeing in mind. Additional health or hygiene requests are always welcomed to ensure every guest feels comfortable and confident.
Private Dining
Our private dining menu is perfect for groups as big as 100 and intimate dining for a party size as small as 2.
When hosting a dinner party at home or even in rented accommodation, we can be on hand to make sure your event runs smoothly from the planning process to your last guests depature. This menu is full of delicious dinner party dishes that will make any evening a huge success.
Our private dining menu comprises of a 2 or 3 course dinner; you can add a selection of canapés to compliment your welcome drinks or you can add our delicious local cheese board to finish off the evening.
This menu can either be served individually plated or served to share for a more family style dining experience.
