All cleaning products and equipment were provided. They did a very thorough end of tenancy deep clean of the whole apartment. We have been working with Hamdi for 3 years. They are extremely hard working, reliable and trustworthy.

Please avoid using Hamdi at all costs. We have used Hamdi a few times and he’s never done a very good job - rushed between cleaning jobs, arrives late, always does a sloppy half complete job and overcharges. We don’t know other cleaners in Manchester so continue to use him but this time was the final straw.
We paid £105 to him for an end of tenancy clean for a 2 bedroom flat. If you’re paying this amount of money you expect a decent clean and I explained to Hamdi the agency would be coming to look so we needed drawers, fridge etc cleaned. I came back to the flat and noticed both bedroom floors looked un-hoovered, dust/particles everywhere. I told Hamdi and he said his hoover had broken. I explained again how the agency will be coming to check, he reassured me and used my hoover. The work wasn’t great but the lady re-hoovered twice so I couldn’t ask her again. I then used my shower to find it was blocked. Hamdi had to come and clean it on my request. We left the flat that evening and today I have received pictures from the agency who moved the sofa and beds - it was completely unhoovered!! You could see visible bits. They also sent pictures of the kitchen drawers, I had asked for these to be cleaned and they hadn’t been. I called Hamdi to tell him - his reply, we shouldn’t expect this in an end of tenancy clean. We should have checked under the sofas and under the beds when he was there. I’m sorry but this is appalling. For £105, I walked him through exactly what needed doing, to complete a cleaning job and not bother to hoover under beds/sofas is just a really poor service.
