I recently faced an issue with my email where I was locked out because I had lost my phone and couldn’t receive the authentication code needed to log back in. I also couldn’t log in to my RDP for the same reason. I had forgotten my password, and the authenticator was on my old phone. Faiz and his team at GSIT Services were very helpful.
