Everything moved really quickly and I received my mortgage offer at lightning speed.She took the time to put together different options based around my financial situation and explained how each one would affect my borrowing and affordability. Avoid at all costs. My experience with Greg at Greenacres was extremely disappointing. For months, I was misled and told I had the wrong documents, with constant delays and excuses instead of real solutions. After four months of going back and forth, I was no closer to completing my purchase. Out of sheer frustration, I turned to a broker recommended by my workplace – Charles Cameron – and the difference was night and day. They handled everything quickly, charged no fees, and I had my keys within six weeks. I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews for Greenacres.
