Grace Cleaning have a terrific service. I found them through a Google search for quality cleaners in the Surrey area. They appear to be a family run business operating for many years. The business owner Gabriel reached out to me via WhatsApp after I initially registered my interest for a domestic home clean for a new property. I expressed a need for an urgent service (before the weekend), and he was polite and accommodating. We arranged an onsite visit the next day and I showed him around the property. He was very thorough in his observations and suggested areas that I didn't even consider such as in-between the window frames where a lot of dirt and dust had built up. We discussed other areas such as insides of cabinets, drawers and even skylights in our loft conversion.After viewing the property he left and emailed over a detailed quote later that day. For a first time clean the company request a full payment upfront which we were happy to go ahead with.Grace Cleaning prices appeared on the pricier side compared to companies we have used in the past but we appreciate costs have generally increased all round across the board and considering the service they provided in the end, it was well worth it.A Cleaning team of 3 came the next day and spent the better part of 8hrs Cleaning the whole property extensively.My wife and I were very happy with the final result. We spotted a few shower heads had been missed along with the skylights but after I spoke to Gabriel about this, he immediately suggested the team to come back at my convenience the next week and finish the job at no additional charge!We arranged a time and date and after some unexpected delays the team showed up in thr early evening and completed the work in around 40mins to an excellent standard!We are very happy with their service and fully recommend them to others in the area!Thanks More...
