A horrible experience.
Just as a general advice to the company- try to do the job from the first try, as '48 h guarantee' and 'we can come back and redo' is not a service people are looking for.
Had the worst experience talking to the customer service, Victoria, and wasted 150 pounds on 3-3.5h job that was a complete joke and had to be redone by a different organisation.
