I’d honestly give GoCarely 10 stars if I could. They supported my dad, who has dementia and arthritis, before he recently moved into a residential home. From the start, they just got it, they took the time to understand him and what we were worried about as a family. We were unsure how he’d react to having carers, but the team were so kind and patient that he quickly warmed to them, which meant a lot to us. The carers were always reliable, respectful, and genuinely caring. You can tell they actually care about what they do, and it made a real difference to my dad’s day to day life. What stood out just as much was how responsive the management team were. Things changed quite quickly at times, and whenever we needed to adjust the care, they stepped in straight away and sorted it without any fuss.
