Review: Worst service ever. This has been an absolute nightmare. They cancelled our installation three times in with no valid explanation. Their word means nothing—don’t believe any promises about dates or times because they simply won’t show up. To make matters worse, they’ve taken the payment upfront, leaving us stuck, unable to do anything but watch them waste our time. I honestly don’t know how they’ve managed to rack up positive reviews because their service is abysmal. The office admin, Nia, has no clue what’s happening and provides zero support. Every time they cancel at the last minute, there’s no explanation, just silence. And Bilal? He rarely answers calls, and when he does, it’s a parade of excuses and empty promises for dates that he knows he won’t keep. If you value your time, money, or sanity—stay far, far away. Edit: The project was completed by GMT stone after leaving the review. We had no issue with releasing the final payment given that the project was completed on time, not 1 week after. More...

Our team of fitters are ready to bring the worktops to site for installation. After installing your worktops, we leave them cleaned & sealed. Whatever the design, our fitters will assist at the time of tempting ensuring that the kitchen is ready to take the worktops at the time of installation, offering advice from extra support to the position of any joins required.
