What do you love most about your job?
At RTS healthcare we care for physical, mental, spiritual and emotional needs of our clients to maintain and/or restore their dignity guided by the 6Cs - Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage and Commitment. We believe in changing one life at a time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My journey was inspired by the health needs of my father who survived stroke twice and sadly died from all health challenges that result from suffering from stroke. Although my father eventually lost his life to effects of stroke, I believe he survived 5 more years after his first stroke because the family and carers gave him the 6Cs; care, compassion, competence, communication, courage and commitment. This is what inspired me and I believe that every one who needs support and care deserve in order to attain good quality of life.
Why should our clients choose you?
We care with our heart and we are guided by 6Cs ; care, compassion, competence, communication, courage and commitment. That's is what quality care is all about and that's what clients need .Quality care is not common but we are glad that @ RTS healthcare we strive to provide such.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Our services are all physical. We specialise in personal care and domestic care which both require RTS healthcare staff to operate in the field/community. For that reason we are do not do on line services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our infection policy requires us to observe the correct use of PPE each time we pay our clients a visit and correctly dispose of it between clients to protect both clients and staff from infections.
