I have worked in this building for over 4 years, the offices are nice, the staff are mostly nice. (Though there have been some incidents, but these were dealt with! )Now that they’re repainting it’s looking much more sleek and updated.My only complaint is the toilet facilities, they’re often not very nice, the seats aren’t on properly, no hot water, but they are cleaned throughout the day! Exceptional customer service Contacted Gas and Air Tech for an elderly neighbour on the Wednesday the 8th Feb 23 as his central heating boiler had failed and required replacing, spoke to Sandra who was extremely helpful, especially after I informed her of my neighbours age (89) and that he was without any heating, Sandra arranged for Gino to attend the next day Thursday to assess the issue and give a quote for the required work which he gave immediately and was accepted. Considering my initial enquiry was on 8th Feb 23 and the work completed on the 11th Feb 23 was exceptional customer service and very much appreciated, let alone working on a Saturday, my neighbour and I cannot praise Gas and Air Tech and all their staff for their quick response and excellent work by John who installed the system, the installation was outstanding, explaining the operation of the instal and leaving the property clean and tidy. Given the fact that the institution is located in a fairly prestigious area. And I think that the service should work more professionally. We were not offered a warm blanket, nor was we offered to sit in a more comfortable room. Dark, warm room. I was told that it was rather cold in the other room. I also do not understand the work or some kind of stoves, which, in fact, did not heat anything, it was cold enough, as well as the waiters, who were quite a lot, did not pay proper attention. Also no one even asked. Did we like the food and everywhere us well. They just pretended as if we were sitting on some kind of completely strangers or people who were sitting on some kind of bench, which, in fact. We don't care. It was unpleasant for me to be in such an atmosphere, and I do not think that I will come here again.What surprised me the most? This, of course, is that every 5 minutes people from the kitchen dragged dirty, linen, dishes and many other things across the entire hall where people were sitting. Never! Ever! Use the car park here! The landowners use underhand ANPR tactics to fine you! Avoid! If you do not have cash to pay, their machine does not take card payments, if you leave because you have no change, you will get a 'Ticket'! Absolutely Scandalous!
