I would give this company more than a 5-star rating if that were possible. We had a difficult experience with a previous company that built our extension, but Fully Fitted Kitchens came in to complete the interior works, and they completely transformed the process. They laid the flooring, installed the utility room, fitted a barn door, and made everything feel seamless from start to finish. Andrew and Martin went above and beyond throughout the entire job. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help at every stage made a huge difference, and we are extremely pleased with the final result. Martin was amazing from start to finish, making all decorative decisions easy and smooth for someone who has never had a renovation before. The whole experience was superb from beginning to end. We were kept in the loop frequently to ensure we were happy with each stage of the job. It was a challenging job due to a long standing leak that had caused extensive damage. They thoroughly removed all damaged materials, plasterboard, wood and replaced it all prior to installing the kitchen. My fitter was punctual, proactive, went above and beyond, adding little convenient extras here & there & making helpful suggestion about the final finish, which has turned out to be absolutely superb.
