How long have you been in business?
I started my own business in February 2022. Just over two years ago.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes we bring our own but we’re also happy to use customers own products as they sometimes prefer to provide.
What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy the transformation of an end of tenancy clean. Comparing the before and after, and the satisfaction i get from that. I also really enjoy helping some of my customers who are elderly and find domestic chores too much of a challenge these days.
Property has been a keen interest and
focus throughout my whole working life and I really enjoy visiting different properties.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had worked over 30 years for the same person and felt it was time for a change.

Preparing your property for re-letting
Inventory services
Preparing comprehensive written record of decorative condition, furniture, furnishings and contents including photographs.
General Maintenance Assessments
Providing a written report of general condition of your property; visual assessment and noting condition of windows/doors, guttering and downpipes, plumbing etc to enable contractors to be brought in. Testing smoke detectors, checking fire alarms and Carbon monoxide alarms are in date
Domestic Cleaning
Availability coming up in August 2026 for regular weekly slots on Wednesdays and Thursday mornings. General or deep cleaning by bespoke arrangement to customers individual needs
Builders Cleaning
Follow up clean after your builder, plumber, kitchen or bathroom fitter, carpet fitter or decorator has left. There will be dust everywhere!
