Highly recommend Ian! As first time buyers we had a couple of appointments booked with other advisors but it always just felt like a sales pitch! A friend recommended Ian and he was great from the get go, completely transparent and gave us details that no one else did. If youre wanting great advice, everything explained, step by step guidance (im a newbie to the property world lol) the best mortgage to suit, patience, fast but very efficient the list is endless. In the world of mortgage, I think Ian is Top man. He is incredibly smart, knowledgeable, polite and the level of professionalism is top-notch. *As a flexible bank worker with zero hours contract,* I never thought I could get a mortgage offer but it wasn’t a big deal for Ian.
