Our experience with Explore Apollo Tuition has been extremely positive throughout. They were recommended to me in a local Facebook group. From the initial inquiry, all communication has been prompt and thorough. We had a videocall to discuss our situation and then started tuition soon after with Olivia. My teenager began with Chemisty tutoring, a subject she has always felt weak in. After a few sessions with Olivia's tutoring she felt more confident and asked if she could ask questions about Physics. This was accommodated without question as the sessions were completely bespoke and individualised to what was needed to be learnt at the time. Prior to each session we received printable lessons plans which mirrored the GCSE syllabus. My teenager unfortunately had a period of not being able to attend school and so was lacking in confidence as well as having gaps in her knowledge. After learning online with Olivia, she obtained A grades at GCSE. I could not recommend Explore Apollo Tuition more highly. They are fantastic at what they do! More...

We have used Explore Apollo Tuition for Maths and English for 12 months and it has made such a difference to my son’s GCSE confidence. He has really got on well with the different tutors, so much so he joined the masterclasses during the school holidays. Explore Apollo Tuition has been a great help for my kids. Finn has been brilliant from the start. The lessons were all personalised, well-prepared and facilitated by very clever tutors, (special mention to Molly). The tutors have helped Alyana (Year 13) and Aidan (Year 11) since after the pandemic in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Higher Maths. The online 1-2-1 sessions were convenient and suited my kids and complemented their busy schedule at school. They both got amazing marks in tests and school reports. I highly recommend Explore Apollo tuition. My daughter had GCSE maths,English and RE tuition with Explore Apollo tuition. They provided me with lesson reminders and also lesson booklets . A massive thanks to Finn the owner who was really friendly and kind but most importantly honest. He told us the truth about where are daughter was at with her studies, which we really needed to hear. Finn had been helping my 11 year old with his English ready for his SATS. While he’s a bit of a Maths and Science whizz he has always lack enjoyment and confidence in English so was struggling somewhat.

My son has enjoyed working with Finn, he finds him fun and interesting and at the same time is clearly taking on board what he has been teaching him. He will now off his own back pick a word of the day to try and expand his vocabulary. In a recent parents evening I was told that his new found confidence in English is clear and that he is now getting more involved in class lessons rather than shying away and bumbling through. His quality of written work and correct use of punctuation has also come along a lot of the past few months. His teacher commented that the tutoring has certainly given him a boost and she expects him to go in and do well in his exams now.

Thank you very much Finn, if I ever need a tutor for either of the boys in future you’ll be my first choice. More...

Very impressed with this company. Professional, helpful, responsive, and great results.

Tutor Mollie really helped my son with Chemistry. He enjoyed his Teams lessons each week and she was knowledgeable, patient and helpful.

The admin side is faultless too. Finn really takes time and care to work with families. Lesson plans are sent through and communication is second to none.

Finn has being tutoring my son since last Summer. My son is not a lover of school and lacks confidence in himself and his abilities. Finn is super trustworthy and reliable.
