I cannot recommend Eximum Education and Sahar highly enough! My son, Daniel, had really struggled with English Literature and, even after resitting his exam, hadn't managed to improve his grade. We were feeling quite disheartened, but Sahar and her team were absolutely brilliant. They spent the time working with Daniel not only on the subject itself but, crucially, on his exam technique and how to approach the questions effectively. The support, patience and expertise made such a difference. I'm delighted to say that Daniel improved his grade by two whole grades! We honestly couldn't be happier with the result. The support is also fantastic value for money. We would 100% recommend Sahar and the team at Eximum Education to anyone looking for high-quality tuition and support. Thank you so much for everything you've done for Daniel! More...

My daughter took lessons from 2 tutors arranged by Miss Huma from Eximus. She had sessions for 2 months before the A level exams and this made a big difference. I wish I had known about Eximus before to increase my daughter level prior to the examination. However, the economy tutor, Mr. Ali, was amazing. My daughter obtained A in the exam and his contribution was huge. We also had psychology tuition, but the teacher was not to Mr. Ali"s level and skills. If you are not happy with the way the tutor performs, or he/she is not a good match for your kid, you can request to replace them until the student is happy. I find this possibility really helpful. The price for session is reasonable and you can decide how often the sessions will be which is great from a financial point of view. Overall, we were very happy with the service. And my daughter got into Kings College London as she wanted. Thank you, Huma for all the help. I will definitely recommend your educational services. More...

They are very professional and easy to access. I was ammused when we got a Good Luck message a day before from SAHAR. I will definitely recommend Eximus. Just to add, you will be charged accordingly for the extra time if your session elapses the agreed time. Offcourse I understand time is money. 🙂 More...

One of the best EdTech companies I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. The company is incredibly organized, professional, and supportive, making it such a great environment to be a part of. Every process is well-managed, communication is always clear, and the team genuinely cares about both their staff and their students. One thing that really stands out is how well they handle their clients. Every student and parent is treated with patience, respect, and professionalism. They truly go the extra mile to provide the best learning experience and always make sure everyone feels heard and supported. A special thank you to Sahar, who is one of the sweetest and most encouraging people I’ve met in my corporate journey. She’s always kind, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her positive attitude and constant encouragement make such a difference, and it’s been a pleasure working with her. I’m truly grateful to have been part of such an amazing team and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and caring EdTech organization. More...

Eximus has been a wonderful experience so far. The entire process of getting tuitions is remarkably smooth and hassle-free, which makes it easy to focus on what matters most i. e; teaching. Every member of the Eximus team has been incredibly welcoming, responsive, and supportive, always ready to help whenever needed. The fee paid per hour is also very generous, which makes the effort truly worthwhile. I especially love the hourly system, as it ensures that none of our time goes to waste and we are compensated fairly according to the actual work we put in. Staying connected through WhatsApp groups with parents and students adds another layer of convenience, making communication quick and transparent. On top of all this, TutorCruncher makes logging hours incredibly simple and efficient. Altogether, it's been a seamless and rewarding experience working with Eximus More...

We had a very poor experience with Eximus Education for A-Level Biology tuition between Jan–June 2025. Despite paying promptly, we faced serious issues including: Ineffective teaching: Around 10 Biology sessions (Mar–Apr) were wasted with no actual teaching, just the tutor got on a call while my daughter doing past papers. No structured lessons were delivered, leaving key topics uncovered during crucial exam prep. Voice-only sessions: Contrary to their advertised "1-to-1 personal tuition", all sessions were audio-only calls, not face-to-face or even on video. Frequent delays and cancellations: Sessions were often rescheduled last-minute or started late, with no compensation or makeup time. Technical failures: Connectivity issues from the tutor’s side cut sessions short without the time being made up. Tutor are mostly remote not from the UK. Unfair billing: We were invoiced in full even for missed, shortened, or unproductive sessions. No lawful UK government-compliant complaints procedure was ever provided, despite repeated requests. When we raised our concerns, the company offered no resolution instead threatening legal action over invoices that we lawfully disputed under UK consumer rights. This service fell far short of the standards set by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other relevant UK laws. I strongly advise other parents to avoid Eximus if they expect professional, structured, and accountable A-level support for their child. More...

What do you love most about your job?
Tutoring represents a delightful fusion of instruction and guidance, designed to boost a student’s confidence and guide them towards academic achievement. We derive immense pleasure when our students reach the goals they have set for themselves or when their parents come back to us, radiating satisfaction. As educators, this fulfilment of purpose is what wakes us up every morning to come to work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Eximus Education was created to ensure that high-quality education is available for everyone and not only for those who can afford it. Initiating as individual tutors at first, we saw how difficult it is for parents and at times, students to get extra help because of the rising cost of living and consequent changes in lifestyle. This inspired us to join hands and provide bespoke tutoring solutions to students at more affordable rates. In this journey, we have been able to benefit scores of students and have increased our tutor database to 200 plus.
Why should our clients choose you?
1. We possess a pool of over 200 meticulously chosen tutors proficient in a diverse array of subjects. These tutors, who are experienced teachers and not just side hustlers, undergo a rigorous selection process to ensure only the finest candidates are included in our pool.
2. 80% of our students achieved outstanding A and B grades within their first term of tutoring.
3. Our student-tutor matching turnaround time (TAT) typically stands at 24 hours, and often, even less. This swift response is driven by occasions when students approach us feeling stressed about impending exam deadlines, prompting us to prioritise their requirements above all other tasks.
4. We operate on the principle of delivering affordable, dependable, and easily accessible tutoring solutions of exceptional quality on a large scale. Recognising the challenges faced by students and their parents amidst the escalating cost of living, we are mindful of the financial strain associated with accessing tutoring services. Hence, our rates start from £25 per hour, ensuring that no student is denied their fundamental right to education.
5. No Upfront Payments: Upon completion of the onboarding procedures, there is no requirement for any advance payments. Students are invoiced after the conclusion of lessons or at the end of the month, whichever comes first. Our unparalleled quality, rates, and efficiency set the benchmark within the industry!
6. No Obligatory Contracts: We do not impose any minimum hourly requirements on our students. Our flexible tutoring agreements enable students to terminate the contract at any point they deem their needs fulfilled.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Online is the new normal and we are proudly embracing it. We opt for online tutoring to offer more affordable prices. To ensure the sessions are engaging and interactive, all our tutors undergo training and are equipped with essential resources like a digital pen and board, a webcam, and a reliable internet connection. They are also trained to sustain students' interest and concentration throughout the online lesson.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have digitised each step of our process to adapt to the new normal. Be it hiring our tutors or conducting tutoring lessons, we only operate through the virtual medium.
