My party companions and I would all like to say how much we enjoyed the catering at my birthday weekend.Jo has been fantastic at arranging service for the remote location we were at and came up with a broad menu that served everyone's dietary requirements. Everyone thought the food was great - really tasty, well prepared and off high quality.Our on-site servers Leah and Madison did a fantastic job too. I previously wrote a review about the service we received for our wedding on the 16th May about the lack of staff, food containing nuts when it was stated a guest has an airborne nut allergy and this was in writing all over our wedding booking sheet. I received a response where the company stated that “products may contain nuts” rather than addressing the severity of the situation and continued to inform us how there staff were upset they had let us down, rather than acknowledging the fact that we were upset and let down by their company.I have written a response which is now being ignored and tried to make phone calls which are also being ignored. I would like a reasonable response with reasonable compensation offered otherwise we will be taking this matter further. More...

What an amazing day we had celebrating our daughter’s wedding 24/05/26.We opted for the American BBQ, the food was exceptional and plentiful (lots of left overs for snacking later)Our chef for the day was Alisha and she was lovely, from the first greeting to the last she provided a fabulous service throughout (despite working in very high temperatures) she was helpful, wouldn’t let me do anything at all to help so we left it in her very capable hands! We have over 35 years experience in the industry, and Chris and Emily are absolutely passionate about the menus we create
What do you love most about your job?
The reviews. We can't lie, when people email or call us after the event and tell us how special we made their day, that absolutely fires us up. We are so proud of what we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Its in our blood. My dad ran his own catering company so I have been doing this since I was 13. I worked in corporate for a few years but it was no wonder I left to take over the family business
Why should our clients choose you?
You should choose the caterer that is the best fit. Don't let anyone pressure you into anything! We will offer you what we do extremely well, day in day out, and we can customise it to your exact needs, but if someone else is a better fit, you will know. We will work with you to make it perfect for you if you pick us :)
You will get a dedicated event manager to go over all of the details for your day so we can make any amendments and changes to suit you.
