Emmanuel did an excellent job in our house and left it sparkling clean. We were unfortunately a little late on the day to let Emmanuel enter the house, but he was kind enough to wait for us patiently - thank you so much!

Very punctual, prompt communication, providing regular updates regarding how the job was going etc. Great two-way communication, always responding promptly to my messages, calls & additional requests etc. A very big job thet they kindly undertook for me and started on it the following morning without any delay. Excellent clean-up, great team & very reliable and professional. Really pleased with the results, all-round. In addition, very kindly helped to dispose of extra unwanted items / rubbish etc of which I did not need. Fully addressed & solved all of my extreme cleaning and rubbish disposal problems etc. 10 out of 10 marks. No complaints at all. Well worth the money spent. Highly recommended and locally-based too. I hate to give this rating, because Emmanuel was punctual, friendly, and accommodating of a last-minute request. His customer service was genuinely good. However, the overall cleaning experience was disappointing.

We booked Emmanuel for an end-of-tenancy deep clean, and he had initially said two people would be attending, but he arrived alone. The products and equipment he used didn’t seem suitable for a deep clean — we mostly saw him using cloths, with no professional-grade tools.

Throughout the clean, we repeatedly had to point out areas that were still visibly dirty. When we highlighted these spots, he often insisted they had already been cleaned, even though it was clear they hadn’t been properly touched. This made the process more frustrating and time-consuming. His attitude wasn’t ideal either, as he complained about the state of the property, even though the whole point of hiring someone for a deep clean is to handle exactly that.

He also attempted to charge extra for the oven, despite us confirming before booking that all appliances were included in the quoted price.

Sadly, a significant amount of dirt remains in the house, and we now have to hire another cleaning company, costing us double overall. Emmanuel is a lovely person with excellent client service, but the quality of the clean itself fell far short of what we needed, and we won’t be using his services again. More...

Emmanuel is amazing and very thorough, he did an end of tenancy cleaning for me and was great.

Emmanuel responded promptly to my Bark request. He gave an estimate over the phone but I was open to renegotiate based on size of both kitchen and bathroom and the tasks he was asked to undertake. His attitude was confident and accommodating but I was prepared from other reviews that the amount paid could change and to be fair the initial quote was based on tasks unseen. Again for fairness, I point out that both kitchen and bathroom were modern and didn’t require a deep clean, this was mostly an average clean.
Overall, I would say that I was not overwhelmed with jobs done. They were mostly done to ok standard. Two additional tasks were cleaning of light fittings in kitchen and a carpet to be cleaned in one bedroom. The light fittings were not properly cleaned and this was more evident when lights were put on later. The carpet was definitely a disappointment (& I conveyed this twice whilst he was here). I could see no improvement at all but hoped that this would change once dried. It did not. Perhaps even Emmanuel should have suggested adjusting fee when he saw how it was. With the addition of tasks the amount paid was £270 more than the quoted price, so I contacted Emmanuel to give him feedback and seek resolution. He offered to return and sort the light fittings (I have now declined this). His response re carpet was that nothing would improve the carpet (I disagree), but disappointingly he offered no refund, so unfortunately for me, I would not use this company again. Emmanuel was accommodating, eager to please and worked to get jobs done but for me some accommodation for the failing (he charged £50 for that carpet) was warranted but not forthcoming.
