Elite installations have just completed or en-suite. The en-suite before was tiny and consisted of just a sink and toilet,Elite have created us a larger en-suite with a walk in shower, sink and toilet. The whole team were amazing from start to finish, all very professional and approachable. There was minimal mess considering walls were knocked down and rebuilt and the bathroom was completed all within 2 weeks. They consulted us throughout the process, making sure we were happy with their work. Our new en-suite is absolutely beautiful, way beyond what we expected. Elite Installations have just completed the conversion of our integral garage into a shower room and utility space. They arranged all aspects including general building works, plumbing, electrics and joinery. Communication has been clear and easy throughout. What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because I wanted to bring a more personal touch to every project and have the freedom to deliver the highest standards of customer service and craftsmanship. After years of gaining hands-on experience, I felt we could create a business where we put clients first, making the entire process from design to installation stress-free and genuinely rewarding. While Elite Installations specializes in hands-on craftsmanship, we can certainly offer parts of our services online or remotely. For example:
Initial Consultations: We can arrange video or phone consultations to discuss your needs, preferences, and project goals.
Design Services: We can collaborate on design concepts and share plans, 3D visualizations, and layouts virtually.
Project Updates: We provide regular progress updates and discussions remotely, keeping clients informed every step of the way.
However, the physical installation of kitchens and bathrooms would, of course, need to be done in person to maintain our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. If this kind of hybrid approach works for you, we’d be happy to discuss it further!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Enhanced Cleaning and Hygiene Protocols: We regularly sanitize tools, equipment, and work areas, and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout our projects.
PPE Usage: Our team uses personal protective equipment, such as masks and gloves, during all on-site work.
Social Distancing: We maintain appropriate distancing when working in clients' homes and limit the number of team members present on-site at any given time.
Remote Consultations: Where possible, we conduct initial meetings and design discussions virtually, minimizing in-person contact while maintaining clear communication.
Health Monitoring: Our team members are required to monitor their health closely and stay home if they show any symptoms or feel unwell.
Our commitment is to keep clients safe without compromising on the quality and excellence you’ve come to expect from us. If you have specific requests or concerns, we’re more than happy to work with you to address them
