Ecofuelled recently fit 18 solar panels and a battery system for us. Their invoice and guide was brilliant and convinced us that number of panels was a suitable investment. They arranged to do the job to ensure the timing was concerniente to us. Scaffolding on the property proved to be a bit of an issue but Shaun took over the problem without even letting on to us there was any issues. Shaun was so knowledgeable and answered all questions we had regarding how the system would work without ever trying to push the sale.When the team came to do the install it was the hottest week of the year and yet still they were brilliant. They have done a really clean job and we have been really impressed.The whole team at Ecofuelled have been brilliant. From first contact to meeting Shaun for the assessment and quote, to finalising completion, the team at EcoFueled have been amazing. Look at several company’s to replace my heat pump and upgrade radiators some didn’t even get back to me deal with EcoFueled has been a pleasure they have been very professional from the off very competitive pricing for good quality products. On install day the team that came to do install again professional and got straight to work, clean and tidy which is something you can’t always say about trades men. We have had our Midea air source heat pump installed since September. We live in a 1950s semi, therefore it doesn’t have modern installation. I recently had EcoFueled install an air source heat pump and the service from start to finish was brilliant. Firstly, Callum was extremely helpful over the phone and took the time to explain how a heat pump would work in my home. He gave me an estimate which I was surprised by, as it was much cheaper than I was expecting. Because of this, I arranged a full on-site survey. They sent a guy called David out, who I later found out is actually the owner of the company, which makes sense as he said he’s been a heating engineer since leaving school. His knowledge really helped me make my decision, and I was happy to see the price stayed the same when the full quotation came through. We went ahead with the install and the fitting team were clean, tidy, and got everything completed within 3 days from start to finish. David then returned to carry out a full handover. Abi from the office rang the next morning to check we were happy with everything, which we were. We live in Reading and have had our boiler replaced with a Mitsubishi heat pump making use of the government voucher of £7. 500 which made the heat pump hardly any more expensive than a new boiler. Ecofuled with David, Abi and Harry have been very friendly and professional. Dom installed the cylinder in the attic and heat pump outside together with Harry and their work has been brilliant. We now have extra space in the kitchen since the boiler is gone and a completely free airing cupboard which we can use for storage. We also had 10 radiators replaced because ours were very old. The team tried to fulfil all our wishes and do everything the way we wanted it at no extra cost. There were a few communication issues. So, it is best if you know exactly what you want and know what you need to ask. But all in all we are very happy with the results and if we go for solar panels in the future we will ask Ecofuled to install them. More...

We couldn't be more delighted with our experience of working with David, Amy and the rest of the team. We were deep into our house extension and full refurb when we decided to explore the idea of heat pumps & solar. David stopped by within hrs of the first call to the office and walked us through the possibilities and whether our house would be a good candidate. David instils a lot of confidence with his obvious experience and expertise so we asked for a proposal for both air source and solar. When it came to install, the guys onsite were professional and polite, and communication throughout was superb. The system has worked perfectly since commissioning and David has stopped by to make sure we were using the system in the most efficient way. Ryan of Ecofueled Ltd had found on a previous visit that the coil in my hot water cylinder was broken. On yesterdays visit Ryan with his assistant Harry fitted a new cylinder. Wow, what can I say !!! Absolutely brilliant service. I noticed that my water wasn't as hot as normal on Tuesday of this week. Wednesday it was none existent. I contacted my landlord who contacted EcoFueled. She asked me to contact them direct to explain the problem and send photos of the water heater. EcoFueled communicated directly with me. This morning 2 lovely lads arrived at 0745 and by 1000 I had a new heater fitted and working. Excellent. Serviced my gas boilers also done many jobs for me in the past. Always does above and beyond what is necessary. A superb company. I had an emergency problem with a water heater that stopped working. In spite of short notice, David fitted me in. Updated the bathroom in our bungalow which involved extensive work on concrete floor to bury pipework. Work started on time and continued to completion. All workers were personable, polite and took care. The resulting bathroom is beyond our expectations. We cannot praise them enough. After completion there was a small problem with the toilet which was fixed without fuss first thing the following morning after informing them. I found EcoFueled very helpful in going through the decision making process about purchasing and installing my Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pump. David was clear and supportive: no hard sell, and really helped me work through the options, especially when it came to how to link the system in with my existing solar panels. When it came to the installation, his team appear to have done a very thorough and professional job. Where the old gas boiler and water tank were removed, the space has been left tidy. All of the pipework is thoroughly lagged, labelled and accessible for any future servicing. The house was clean when the team finished the work. All of the gang were polite and friendly. I was not present while the work was done. Given the detailed conversations prior to the installation, I was confident that EcoFueled knew my expectations for the work. David kept me informed of progress while the installation progressed, sending me photos via WhatsApp. This helped provide the reassurance during the install that things were progressing to schedule, and in line with my expectations. I was given a clear briefing re how to programme the heating system. My initial follow up questions have also been promptly answered. I can't 100% comment on the full operation of the new system, as it has only been a couple of weeks. So far I am happy. It has not taken as long to heat the house as I had expected (about 1 degree centigrade per hour). The hot water heats really quickly (though the solar power gives that a boost).
