We've just had two aircon units fitted today, and have been extremely pleased with the whole process. A real family business that were a pleasure to deal with. Jade came and gave us advice on what we'd require and the quote, and Liam and Gerald - her husband and dad - came to fit the units.The quote received was the price we paid for the completed job. There were no surprise additional extras, despite the costs of the trunking increasing threefold since we had our quote. And despite national issues with supply due to the high demand for aircon because of the heatwaves this summer, our units were installed on the pre-agreed date.The work was carried out with care, and attention to detail, and when they left, there was no sign they'd been here. I got 3 quotes for Air conditioning. I was about to go ahead with one that gave the best price (although I had some reservations about this big companies terms). A Facebook friend happened to put on Facebook that they had just had it fitted by a local family business and couldn’t recommend East Midland Solar and A/C highly enough. I rang, I was sceptical about whether the quote would compete with the best one (I had some hugely different quotes btw) but Liam said he’d send me a quote when he got home that evening and sure enough, it came, it was good, recommended by friends, so it was a very easy decision on who to choose. Liam’s other half came over the next day to clarify our requirements and provide advise on positioning pros and cons, a date was set, Liam came with his dad at 0800 hrs on the dot, on a very hot day, and worked their arses off. We had Aircon operated from an app on our phone, in 3 rooms by bed time. No quibbles, job done. Thrilled with the result, my wife put her dressing gown on sitting on the bed and it was 34 degrees outside. It’s so much more effective than I expected, I thought I’d have to close doors to keep the rooms cold enough in this heatwave, but the system easily keeps things as you’d want them. As an aside, I had a fuse blow on day 4 after installation. It was going to be a very hot night, I know nothing about electrics, I panicked. Seemed likely related to Air Con install I thought. I messaged Liam. It turned out that he was away on a family break Thurs evening at 2000hrs. He called straight back!!! I had him on Video call with him talking me through how to diagnose using the fuse box. 5 mins later, I knew it wasn’t A/C related, Liam had worked out it was a light fitting, I then found out the upstairs sink was leaking and had got into a light fitting. I was embarrassed that I’d disturbed them, but Liam kept messaging me, how are you getting on fixing it. That is so far beyond what I could have ever expected. Liam, his dad and lovely wife are all legends in my book. I would recommend to anyone without a moments hesitation, we are truly thrilled with the service, the value, the result. East Midland Solar and Air Conditioning Ltd fitted two air conditioning units in my home in Spalding today, the guys delivered outstanding service they were polite friendly worked quickly and efficiently despite the rain outside, they worked in a clean and tidy way respecting our home, the units themselves are fantastic, we felt the difference in our home almost instantly the Samsung air conditioning units have an app that allows you to control them from your phone set temperatures so your home can be cool ready for when you get home, I’m am so pleased we decided to get air conditioning ready for the hot weather and so pleased we used East Midland solar and air conditioning ltd 5 Stars!!

I’d been thinking about getting air conditioning for a few years, but every time I looked into it, it seemed to be near the end of summer and I decided to leave it until the following year. This year, however, the heatwave arrived early, so I finally decided it was time to take the plunge.

After researching several companies, I chose East Midland Solar and Air Conditioning Ltd, and from my very first conversation with Jade, I knew I’d made the right decision. She was incredibly personable, really took the time to listen to our needs, and offered helpful advice without ever being pushy.

Jade and Liam both visited our home to assess the space and discuss the best options. Our house is open plan and a little awkward in terms of layout, but they carefully considered everything and provided practical recommendations.

We decided on two units, one upstairs and one downstairs, in the rooms we use most often. One piece of advice that really stood out was choosing units that can also be used as heaters during the colder months. This means we can stay warm in the areas we use without having to heat the entire house, which is a fantastic bonus.

On the day of installation, Liam and Bez were friendly, diligent, and a pleasure to have in the house. They worked efficiently, kept us informed throughout the process, and were exceptionally neat and tidy, leaving everything spotless when the job was finished.

Had air conditioning installed at The Plough Inn in Holbeach St John by East Midland Solar and Air Conditioning Ltd. We mainly wanted to reduce our reliance on gas bottles and improve heating, and it’s done exactly that. The system heats the pub much faster and is far more consistent, while working out cheaper to run. Very pleased with the air conditioning installation carried out by East Midland Solar and Air Conditioning Ltd. They fitted a premium Mitsubishi Electric 5kW ceiling cassette in our kitchen and it works very well, keeping the room warm in winter and cool in summer. Liam had installed an aircon unit in my kitchen, so when I moved house I had no hesitation in asking him back. Due to the design of my new build bungalow, he suggested the Haier Zen Tower in my open plan kitchen/living room with the outside unit on the back of the garage out of sight. This involved quite a bit of digging to bury the cabling etc., all done perfectly. I am absolutely thrilled with both the unit and Liam’s workmanship and cannot recommend him highly enough.
