Dom was very professional, listening to what we wanted. We were kept informed about the viability of the flight due to weather and changes of days were given as far I advance as possible and were done to fit in with our plans.
The photos and videos were very sharp and we were able to zoom on keeping the clarity.
While working on site (a house roof in a built up area) Dom was discrete and took care to respect our neighbours privacy.
