What’s your signature dish?
I don't believe in one signature dish; as I believe any dish that you create should have equal passion and attention.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Creating a bespoke menu for my clients involves clear communication, personal choices and requests and also any allergies and dietary requirements.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the diversity that this job brings; menu creating, cooking specifiic dishes and it is also a real pleasure to meet my clients and their famililes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I got my inspiration to become a chef after watching my Uncle, a classically trained chef, work his magic in the kitchen from a young age. I helped out as a young boy peeling potatoes and washing up, gaining invaluable experience being able to watch and learn from the professionals at work. I then left school and went to Worcester Catering College for 3 years whilst working as a Commis chef in a local hotel, quickly working my way through the ranks.

Ian, an exprienced and classically trainee chef, provides a professional service, cooking for you and your guests in the comfort of your own home! No need for expensive taxis, no need for a baby sitter; just relax and enjoy being served whilst eating delicious, fresh produce straight from your kitchen.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I ensure I take a LFT before entering anyones property and prior to food preparation, where necessary wear face coverings and we also keep up to date with Government guidelines. I also make sure that any surfaces that are used are cleaned with anti-bacterial cleaner (in accordance with EHO regulations).
Three Course Table D'Hote Menu
A 3 course choice menu providing restaurant quality food served from your kitchen by professional chef, Ian White. We lay the table and clear away afterwards, so that you can enjoy spending time with your guests! This service also includes cutlery and crockery.
Personal Chef Experience (5 course)
An expertly chosen 5 course fine dining taster menu served from your kitchen by professional chef, Ian White. We lay the table, bring plates and cutlery and then clear everything away afterwards - so all you need to worry about is enjoying your evening and ensuring your glass is topped up!
Personal Chef Experience (7 course)
An expertly chosen 7 course fine dining taster menu, including an Amuse Bouche and Petit Fours, served from your kitchen by professional chef, Ian White. Included in this service is table decoration, plates and cutlery. Our team clear everything away afterwards - so all you need to worry about is entertaining your guests and keeping your glass topped up!
