Very disappointing. Arranged a first visit for today. Had lots of landscaping projects as well as regular garden maintenance. Ivan advised he’d be at my home between 2-5pm. Arranged my work around this promise. He didn’t turn up, didn’t call or message to advise he’d be delayed. Called him at 5pm. He said he’d come in 1-hour. No apology. The team has tended to my garden over the last couple of years. The service included weeding, pressure cleaning the slaps, cutting trees and taking the waste away. We couldn't be happier with Ivan and team. They did a fantastic job turning our overgrown and neglected garden into a relaxing verdant space which we can all enjoy. We also added a small play area for our son which is perfect. Soon after the works were complete, the first heatwave of the summer came and the turf started to struggle. Ivan was really helpful throughout, offering advice and guidance to protect the grass and give it the best chance. Soon after, it was back to thriving.I'd thoroughly recommend DIA. We are so fortunate to have found DIA gardeners. Right from the start it has been such an easy process working with Ivan. The job wasn't a small task - to convert our overgrown, disused polytunnel area into an accessible growing space for the children at the school . We are so grateful for all the hard work Ivan and his wonderful team did for us. They were also able to get a last minute skip into the playground (in and out within a day).They were so flexible with dates and offered advice about the project. Fantastic experience with Ivan and his team!From initial contact through to completion Ivan and his team have been professional, courteous, reliable and tidy. Ivan took the time to explain every step of the job along the way, transforming our garden from a hazardous area to a safe and welcoming place to play and enjoy, which was a big job requiring varying skills and expertise from the different team members that he brought in.This included clearing and flattening very uneven, overgrown and rocky land, installing an in-ground trampoline, adjusting fencing, and laying new turf around structures.Communication was excellent and the team worked hard to ensure the job was completed to the highest standards despite the usual unpredictable UK weather! Really great experience with DIA Team Gardeners who helped bring our simple garden redesign to life! We went from a neglected lawn and overgrown beds to a much smaller lawn, a bark covered area with custom raised planters and resized flower beds. Ivan was full of great advice and knowledgeable about potential pitfalls, advising us along the way and being open to small changes throughout the job. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and easy to work with. I went through my insurers for the work, who asked for additional information that other companies wouldn’t provide, but DIA Team Gardeners handled everything efficiently and completely above board. The owner, Ivan, came out personally to provide the quote and checked in at the end of each day to make sure everything was on track. I have used Ivan a number of times this year. The team are always prompt and do an excellent job. Disposing of all waste and sweeping up any leaves etc. completely recommend them and will use next year when the trees need trimming again. 2023 I have used DIA for more gardening work, their prices are excellent and once again the quality of their work is great. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any work. Thank you Ivan 2024 Another year and Ivan with his team have done a great job tidying up my trees. I completely recommend them, they turn up on time and leave the garden as if no one had been there. 2025 I used Ivan to remove a shed and old paving, replacing the area with an Indian Sandstone patio - in addition an area of Indian Sandstone at back of garden was laid. The quality of work and the advice given was excellent. Once again, I have no hesitation in recommending DIA Gardeners for all garden jobs. Thank you to Ivan and his team. August 2025 Replacement of fence. Ivan recommended a supplier (who were excellent and reasonably priced). The old trellis was removed and new fence installed. The finished project looks very good and has had compliments from neighbours. Again, no hesitation in recommending DIA Gardeners - sensibly priced, efficient and clean up completely at end of job.
