Thank you so much to Tom and team for all of your help setting up my 40th Birthday Party recently at Escot House.I needed 2 mid-sized gazebos/marquees for my party and Tom was on hand in advance to discuss what sizes would work for the need (1 for animal encounters sessions, 1 for garden games) and the space, and liaised with the events team at Escot House to set up in advance/take down. When we realised how hot the weather would be the day before the party, Tom contacted me to ask what windows/sides I'd want added to the set up, but I had no idea so trusted him to give us some shade without heating the space up and he set them perfectly.They were just what I needed - They were one of the mid-priced quotes that I found, but show that it's worth paying a little bit extra for quality and excellent customer service. We had the most beautiful wedding we could have wished for with our marquee from Tom. He couldn’t have been more helpful and is so friendly and down to earth, it made the whole arrangement so smooth and straightforward. We couldn’t have asked for a better marquee hire company.We had the worst weather imaginable the week leading up to our wedding, Tom did everything he could possibly do to make it work despite us doing our best to give him a challenge, with the windiest week we’d had all year and the most exposed clifftop location we could have found for him to setup on. Tom and his team truly excelled managing to get the marquee setup in time for us to decorate before the wedding, and we greatly appreciate the treacherous rain and conditions his team persisted through for us! He thoroughly cared for our setup and even checked on the marquee at 5am on the Saturday morning, after the Friday night was the windiest of the week, to ensure everything was still perfect for our big day. Overall we were absolutely thrilled with the service we received from DC Marquees. Tom and his team were reliable, efficient and professional. Tom went above and beyond leading up to the event to ensure we were happy. We were so relieved we chose to hire a marquee as it absolutely poured with rain and we would have been stuffed without it. Everyone said it was the wettest wedding they’d ever been to but the marquee stood firm and waterproof with an excellent drainage system which meant it didn’t flood. It also looked beautiful. We hired 2 hex tents and a diamond. I was also incredibly happy with the cost. It was very good value compared to other companies. Highly recommend! Daughters 21st Tom and his team were excellent from start to finish they are very friendly and will do anything to make it perfect for you! We had the marquee enough for 60 people plenty of room for sit down meal and dance floor great lighting,bunting,tables and chairs all in great condition! We had a marquee set up at our place on the weekend of the 5th August For our son and daughter in law’s wedding. It was very stormy but the marquee stood up well. Highly recommend! The marquee that Tom provided for our wedding was exceptional, as was his service throughout our time working with him. He communicated well, provided reassurance and advice (which with our DIY wedding was definitely needed!) and was so flexible when we had to alter plans. The marquee itself was the perfect venue for our wedding breakfast and reception, and looked the part from the sit-down meal until it was finally vacated by party goers in the early hours of the morning. What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to build unique structures for clients is a great thing to do.
