Great pair of lads. Smooth sailing from start to finish. Messaged gabriel yesterday in a bit of a pickle and got back to him later on yesterday evening and came out this morning at 7:15 starting their day earlier to work round us and other people coming out at 8:30. They even had to go away and get another tool and came back to complete the work. gabriel and one his lads was so kind, generous and understanding of the situation we were in. Great personalities and just genuine lovely blokes would highly recommend to anyone. Will be coming back in the new year to do something work on our house. If I could give this company no star I would. Chris turned up on 3 occasions, measured the job, priced the job and actually competed to beat another quote. In the end we chose this company had date set. We were told how professional they are they had their own diggers, grab machine, lorry’s etc. well Monday morning turns up, 3 men with a few tools, hubby goes out to speak to the one who looked in charged, could barely speak English but that’s okay, after they measured again, hubby said to be careful around the gas pipes as they aren’t buried to deep, this man says don’t worry we are doing this all by hand. At this point we knew we had a Mickey Mouse company as there was no way anyone could dig up our concrete drive, and I think they knew it to as he got on the phone to I take it Chris (who measured & priced) and within minutes Chris phoned me to say he had made a mistake on his measurements and the job would cost us £2,000+ more. Even though we had a written contract he got hubby to sign with prices on, and confirming that we wouldn’t be charged with any extras. So we told him no way, not happening. So men left , leaving us without the work. We were so lucky that we had other quotes and one could start for us. Who did the job professionally, on time and in the price for the job quoted.
