We have a particular advantage over our competitors because our principal is a retired solicitor with 40 years of experience in dealing with this type of work. If you have already tried all of the usual steps to collect the debt that is owed to you (writing letters, emails, telephone calls etc. ) you are probably at the stage where you need to take court proceedings to secure a judgment against your debtor or if you already have a court judgment in place, you need to take steps to enforce it. We can help you with all of this in a quick and effective manner. We cannot guarantee that we will collect your debt because the ability to do this really depends upon whether or not your debtor has the money or assets to pay you. We can however guarantee that if they do every lawful means available will be deployed to bring about a successful result.

Please kindly note that if you are a business (which includes a sole trader) and your claim is against an individual you are required in the first instance to comply with the terms of the pre-action debt protocol before you start any proceedings. We will be able to help you should you require any assistance in this regard. This does not apply if you are a business and your claim is against a business.

Please also bear in mind that we are not a tracing agent (although we can put you in touch with one if required) and before instructing us you should have taken all the usual steps to try and collect the debt such as writing to, telephoning or in appropriate cases visiting your debtor as we will not do this for you. The purpose of this service is to collect the debt by assisting you to issue and progress court proceedings to recover what you are owed which we can do at a fraction of the cost a solicitor would charge you.
