Karim and his team are so professional, I am impressed with their dedication to provide top costumer service! They made light work of a very complicated handover and has been very responsive to any request or questions no matter how small. I would highly recommend this company’s services to anyone because of their personalised attention and integrity! The best is that I keep calling DPM because they have earned my complete trust after one experience when I had to spend the whole winter - spring seasons (23/24) in the U.S.A.,and there was an emergency call from a neighbour re: a water leak in my flat, DPM attended my long distance call, and Karim didn’t hesitate to deal with the situation immediately, he recorded videos *before / after* to send it back, reassuring me that things were under control, the problem didn’t get worse thanks to such quick response. ☺️ Thank you Karim - Denar & Co.!
