I wish there is a zero star I could select. Cleaning service was abysmal, asked for cleaning to our new house before moving in. I was told the cleaning would take 6 hours, and only one cleaner showed up with attitudes because she didn’t use google map to navigate around closed road. She spent 3 hours here and left quickly enough before I could check. Then I found cobwebs, greasy kitchen cupboard doors, stained floor, a house with little trace of “deep cleaning”. The agent asked me to “let go of these tiny details” and I refused, she promised to speak to management to find a solution. Then she disappeared. The matter remains unsolved now. If you need cleaning service go on Taskrabbit or Checkatrade to find someone who can actually clean for you. This is a scammer. More...
