I used this company for a small party I was having. It was a disaster! I paid for 6 hours. Bar maid turned up 1 1/2 hours late due to not being able to get an uber. There are no Ubers in Tunbridge Wells if they had bothered to ask. I had to send my son to go collect her which was a 35 minute round trip. My guests were helping set up the bar which was terrible. This situation was unfortunate and, as you’ll see from our many other reviews, not at all representative of our usual service. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with delays on the day of your event. The lateness was due to unexpected transport issues, and while our team made every effort to reach you on time, we were unable to get hold of you in time to prevent the disruption do to the lack of taxi in the area given the rural location. We are very sorry inconvenience caused and did issue a refund to compensate for the lost time. We hope this gesture showed our commitment to making things right. We value every client and every event, and we’re taking steps to ensure this kind of situation doesn’t happen again.

I was looking for a bar for my client that was organising her daughters birthday. Its was a very nice setup of the bar. Fantastic mocktails and even when the host gave some alcohol to the mixologist, he mixed 1-2 cocktails for the parents as well. Top notch service at a great price. Super professional comms with both the planner and the bartender. One thing I would suggest is providing exact quantities based on number of guests as I ended up buying way too much liquor and mixers (thankfully kept the receipt so took it back! ) but overall super happy I found them and will defo be using them for future events! Cocoa Island provided the bar service for our wedding reception. Extremely professional. Their team were pro active served all our guests, went round to tables to check on refills. Danesh was extremely responsive to our needs for our event where we hired both the dessert bar and the alcohol bar. The team was very friendly and the service impeccable.
