I don't quite know how to put the extent of the professionalism shown by Michael and EVERY single member of his team into words. Their service and friendliness was exceptional, and we are so lucky to have had them at our wedding in August. Care and consideration was given to every aspect of the day—and where food was my biggest worry about 'getting it right', Michael alleviated all of my doubts from our very first phone call. He accommodated for ALL dietary requirements, not only without hesitation, but also with enthusiasm and ideas about how we could make the food accessible to everyone (and anyone with dietary needs will know how much of a blessing this is!). Both me and my mum are gluten-free, and outstandingly, a member of his team was aware and present at the buffet/serving tables each time they saw us coming. They were intuitive and prepared all night. We felt so comfortable and knew exactly what we could have. Every single guest commented that the quality, variety and quantity of food was PERFECT and I couldn't agree more. All his team, (especially Amy) are an absolute credit to Michael's business and professionalism. They communicated with us throughout the night, went above and beyond to assist the bridesmaids with portioning the cake, and even saved us some food to take home with us! If I could write out everything they did for us, and how memorable they made the wedding, this review would be three times as long. Wedding reception for Nigel and Thierry From the moment we met Michael, his service was helpful, informative and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of our wedding, he and his staff provided an excellent and personal service allowing us to enjoy our day. The guests have commented on how good the professional service, food, the grazing board and the BBQ was presented and tasted. absolutely amazing!!! everything was amazing. The team where kind and polite and all round amazing - nothing was too much, even down to someone dropped cutlery ( the team were in the kitchen at the time) and someone came straight out within seconds to replace the cutlery. Micheal was amazing, he recreated one of my favourite dishes from a trip we had in Milan. I can guarantee we will be using them again and i cannot wait for him to come and cook for us again!!!

I decided to use CMH catering as I’d been to 2 events where they did the food, and both times it was amazing. Michael certainly didn’t disappoint catering for my wedding reception, we decided on a BBQ and each dish was delicious! It really took the stress out of the day as well.
