Really happy with our new windows! From start to finish the whole process has been great. After a bit of a nightmare experience getting a hard-sell quote from one of the big-name competitors we were scared off seeking quotes again until a friend recommended Ben and Clear Choice. The quote was transparent and upfront (with no dodgy “let me call my manager” fake discounts!) - all costs were clearly explained (and reasonable!) and communication throughout was excellent, including survey results and manufacturing lead times. They even managed to bring our installation forward by a week! The team coordinated the scaffolding, tackled our more complex L-Shaped bay windows, completed the upstairs on Tuesday and downstairs on Wednesday by early afternoon (just before it started raining - couldn’t have timed it better!)The fitters were friendly, respectful and tidied up after themselves, and answered questions as and when we had them. The turnaround was brilliant, and both the quality of the windows and the installation are excellent so far. We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend them! More...

Would highly recommend Clear Choice, saw their advert online and they were quick to come around and give a quote (no pressure tactics and very friendly and understanding). I didnt know you could get child locks on the windows so that was something I appreciated as they were thinking of the safety aspect as well as practicallity. Great communication through the process, i didnt feel in the dark at any point. The fitters were fantastic, great work and kept all areas clean with tidy finishing. Quality products used with a 10 year warranty My house is quieter as a result (planes overhead) family and friends have both said the same thing and the house is generally warmer and quicker to warm up when the heating goes on. From start to finish they have been easy to work with and did fantastic work and my next door neighbour recently had some work done by Clear choice (after seeing my porch) and is equally impressed with the service. I've had lots of neighbours come over to see my porch/door and all have said positive things Would recommend to family and friends and certainly use again without hesitation More...

I cannot recommend this company enough, from start to finish they have been exceptional. Terry and Jerry were great and saw nothing as a problem. They arrived on time and worked hard only stopping for a quick brew and a biscuit (custard creams are a must) I had all my windows replaced and one at the back of the house converted to patio doors, they all look amazing. I also had some work done in the kitchen which also looks amazing and everthing is to a high standard. The service from the company as a whole is excellent, they are reasonably priced and the installation is quick. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I would definitely use them again, already thinking of a new project. Thankyou Ben, Iain, Terry, Jerry and the rest of the team :) More...

Good process from ordering and having our survey then to having windows installed. Simon our installer was fantastic he communication, Ted up when he said he was and really took his time to get in right. Didn’t feel like he was rushing and the finish looks great. Really happy overall. Only hit of feedback I’d give is better communication between ordering and installation. Other than that everyone was great. More...

From start to finish this company was absolutely faultless. The initial consultation with James was brilliant, he was happy to make suggestions to suite our needs whilst taking into consideration what we were after and was happy to adapt and design to show different styles available for the door. He even went above and beyond to find the exact colour we were after down the specific RAL number! The process of ordering, arranging a fitting date and having the door surveyed was extremely easy and hassle free. On the day of fitting Simon was brilliant, clean, tidy and highly professional, making sure every aspect of the job was finished to the highest standard. Couldn’t recommend this company enough, 10/10. More...

Our experience from start to finish has been second to none and highly recommend. James came to visit it us first and talked through our options and choices. The 2 doors and front window where then surveyed and a date was pencilled in. Our job was done by Mark and Jake and was slightly ahead on schedule. They arrived on time and set straight to work. I expected a mess but there was little or none. Old stuff taken away. 2 nicer, friendly guys you couldn't wish to meet. 2 doors and a large window replaced. Absolutely thrilled to bits with it. I will use again as waiting on bathroom window now. Lovely quality, no worries with this company. Thank to all involved Angela and mike More...
