We started the process with James and he saved us from a very pushy salesman. He explained everything, he was very understanding of the our young children getting restless, he made us feel very comfortable. He was also very supportive with financially and gave us the best deal any company could have given us. Then the three musketeers turned up to do the 11 windows and 2 doors and they were fantastic, very friendly and fitted the windows and doors beautifully, a superb finish inside and outside, we needed replacement lintels and they even made the brick work look better.
