Ches and team did verry nice job in bathroom. Was on time and did lot of work which is not been include in agreement.

I am writing this review to share my personal experience with CK Wet Rooms and Ches Kozlovskis. Unfortunately, the service I received fell far below what I had expected when I hired them to renovate my wet room.

The project was agreed to take 12 days, but it ultimately dragged on for more than 11 weeks, with very little progress and no clear or consistent explanation for the delays. During this time I was recovering from a serious accident and had very limited mobility, yet I was left without proper bathing facilities for the entire period.

Communication was extremely inconsistent. While some messages offered reasons for delays, many did not provide any clear or credible explanation for why the work wasn’t progressing. Despite apologising for the situation and agreeing to a new two-week completion plan, the contractor later said he would not be able to work full days and couldn’t commit to that timeframe.

A meeting was held with my representative to confirm the remaining work and agree a revised schedule, but the contractor refused to sign the agreement even though all points were based on existing emails and messages. At that stage, he was asked to leave the property.

I also paid in advance for waste removal, yet the waste materials were left outside my home for around nine weeks. To date, I have not received invoices, receipts, or an itemised breakdown of materials and labour, despite having paid £5,662.

I am now seeking a refund and will be obtaining independent assessments of the work completed so far.

This has been an extremely stressful and upsetting experience, and I would encourage others to be cautious and ensure they have clear written agreements and evidence at every stage before proceeding with similar work More...

Ches and team did megastar job. Begining with planing design and include all refurb wetroom. Main think they did very good on positioning all items in reality plus work with tiles, size of the niches and get best ones by room size and colour. All lighting works verry well with all areas.
