This company is a fraud! Don’t trust them ! They said that they can’t do that day and we arrange it for the next day , the next day came and they said they can’t make it so I asked my deposit back , after that she blocked me she didn’t send me any of my money back , she doesn’t answer my phone calls !

- Multiple clean-up omissions in my report
- BONUS - Chantelle requested that I pay upfront (£125) as she was concerned about being scammed. I agreed and made a bank transfer. However, when the transfer faced a delay, Chantelle asked for cash, assuring me she would return the transfer amount once it processed. I trusted her and made the cash payment. Now, it’s been over a week (since Sunday, 15th September), and despite repeated follow-ups, she has not refunded the transfer amount.

DO NOT USE. If I could give them a worse rating, I would. Chantelle and 2 other men turned up 2.5 hours late. Then proceeded to clean nowhere other than the downstairs living room, and it took them 5 hours to do this… They then proceeded to start drinking in our flat and we had to legitimately kick them out. We have photos of the empty bottle of Jack Daniel’s. As the cherry on top, they left horrific dark stains on our counter top which we cannot remove (again we have photos). Booked for an end of tenancy cleaning they were great. House was meant to be empty but we wasn't able to they were very understanding and even helped us to move things and were very patient while we tried to move things.

Chantelle and her colleague Joseph, had a really difficult job to take on as we had been burgled and our home had been ransacked and substances, bleach and oil had been spread all over our home walls, ceilings, floors, and furniture. We informed her that it was not a normal situation. And we were so fortunate that she was so kind and went out of her way to help us. She arrived on time with all the correct equipment with a smile, empathy and a hard-working ethic. Her and Joseph managed to clean the home and make us feel more comfortable. All I felt was violated before her arrival. We would highly recommend her services and as an added bonus, Joseph, who is an amazing gardener tidied up our front garden area beautifully. I hired them for flooring work installing a difficult-to-work-with carpet material on two sets of stairs and Ionut was transparent and diligent in getting it done, and helped explain to me the tradeoffs in different ways of installing it.
